**** These Note Tabs are small but sturdy. They are very high quality. The sticky part of the tabs is transparent, and the colored part has a paper surface on top of the plastic so that they can be written on by any sort of pen, pencil, or marker. These could definitely be used as index tabs.
The colors in the picture are soft and pastel-like; the note tabs I received are the same general colors, but the fluorescent version--not as pictured, but still nice. If you are matching these with springtime color-scheme or book, they will be not pastel pink, but hot pink, not soft yellow, but bright yellow, etc. I am just using them as general tabs, so I'm very pleased with them.
