I have to write down everything in the most organized and methodical method I can. As a result I spend a lot of time searching for the perfect notebook. I love this one. The quadrille ruling makes it easy to stay organized, the spiral is completely handy and I love the size. And despite using the thing every day in all sorts of crazy conditions it is holding up great. My only complaint is that it is a bit stylish for the lab, but I guess some would consider that a bonus.

The notebook is small and the paper inside is graph paper. However, the quality of the cover is poor and it is wayyy over priced. That being said, it's mighty useful for sketching out ideas.
