I've seen this brand on another website and when I ran across it here at a good price I thought I'd give it a try. It was a waste of money whiteline feature is just a fad.
The gray paper is very drab and ugly. There is no rear pocket in the back which is very disappointing because it's very useful in the Moleskin notebooks. The notebooks also lack the heavy oil cloth type cardboard end pages which make the moleskine notebooks unique.
The notebook does open easily and lays pretty much flat however it doesn't close flat and stays open and because it doesn't have an outside elastic it stays open like a bent deck of cards.
I've always liked Moleskine products. I thought experiment; I'm sorry I did so, I'm switching back from and I will be loyal to the Moleskin brand from now on.
