Awesome!, January 8, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Namiki Vanishing Point Nib/Neck With twist Converter Fine (Office Product) As I already own the pen that came with a medium nib, this of course, is a fine product. I use this fine point nib with converter with the Blue Noodler's American Eel ink. It works very well and with this ink, it's even better. It is a lubricating ink, so it goes very well with the fine point nib. Kudos to Pilot for making these fine products. Keep up the good work!

I am a Moleskine Plain Notebook Pocket user, I write and take notes all day. The broad and wet strokes of the original nib soaked through the paper - and I could not use the back. I ordered this nib to replace in my pen, and it works like a champ. I use Quink by parker as it is quick drying and fairly inert towards pens. This nib produces a nice stroke, consistent and is just slightly wet, which enables it to glide on the surface of the paper with little or no effort.

Namiki Pilot Vanishing Point Pens, May 21, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Namiki Vanishing Point Nib/Neck With twist Converter Fine (Office Product) The Namiki Pilot Vanishing Points Fountain pens are the most reliable and convienient fountain pens that I have ever used. The fine point is nicely flexable. The ink cartridges eliminate the filling mess. I have owned several of these pens because I tend to loose them and I can't do without one in my pocket. I recently dropped my current one point down on a concrete floor, so I bought a replacement nib assembly. It is a nice feature to be able to do that.
