Great idea, the pen barrel is steel, so it's hard to dent, even when it's stepped on. The ink is fine, nice and bright but not fluorescent. Ink will run through thin paper, but this is minor. Overall, this pen works out well. Refills are hard to find and are a touch expensive but it's worth it to me, I just buy a couple extra each time.
